Are the candles made to order?

No, they are made in batches which are topped up as required.

What is the candle burn time?

The 200g candles burn time is approx. 30 hours. The tealights burn for approx. 2.5 hours each. 

Do the candles have a shelf life?

The scent of the candle will keep for an extremely long time, years even, however it will weaken very slowly over time.

The look of the candle may change over time. If the candle contains more than 1 colour these may blend into each other after a few months, and coloured wax can 'frost' causing it to lighten in colour, however this does not affect the burn quality of the candle and the candle will still hold its scent for a long time as described above. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, an e-card will be sent to your email address should you choose this option (at the top of the home page).

The gift card will be valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. 

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery starts at £2.90 and then goes up in price according to quantity of items being ordered. They are sent via Royal Mail and both 1st class and 2nd class options are available. If you are looking to order a large quantity please get in touch for a quote for delivery. Local delivery within the Wrexham area is also available for £1. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your purchase will be posted out by the following working day. If 1st class delivery is selected it should then take 1-2 working days. If 2nd class delivery is selected it should then take 2-3 working days to arrive.  Your order will be sent via Royal Mail. 

Do you accept cancellation's of orders?

Yes, as long as the item has not already been produced (if it is a bespoke design) or posted out. 

What is your return policy?

We can accept returns providing the candle is returned in exactly the same condition as it was dispatched. Please post back in the same packaging it was received in. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Postage must be paid for by the customer, except for in cases where the item is being returned due to damage during delivery. If the item has been damaged in transit please send a photo of the damage and packaging to us so that we can process your refund. MojoCoco will not be responsible for damage occurred during delivery of returned items, so please ensure the postage covers this.
